Thursday, Dec. 28, is Sen. Tim Johnson's birthday. The Brown County Democrats will host an acknowledgment in the Community Rooms at the Brown County Courthouse from 3:30 to 5:30. There will be cake and cards to sign wishing the Senator a speedy recovery and a happy birthday.k
