Are foreign corporations pouring illegal money into U.S. election campaigns?

There is no way to find out.

Your question is interesting. If the Chamber is using money from foreign member corporations for political ads, is that morally different from an American citizen (a real person, not the corporate fiction) who works for a foreign corporation donating some of the money she earns from those overseas interests to an American political candidate?
